Bright Red Bleeding At 6 Weeks

Recently I found out I was pregnant, my partner and I were in joy as we had been TTC for a few months.
I am currently 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant but recently I've been having light brown spotting which I didn't mind at first. The next day there wasn't any more spotting, but two days after that I started having dark red bleeding, which became bright red in the next few hours. I also passed small clots too. Its not as heavy as a period but I still need to use pads. There is no pain and no cramping at all too.
I've done countless researches and I will schedule an appointment soon to check. I'm starting to worry, ladies :( please let me know any experiences you had. Thank you!

No telling - no pain and no cramps on the bright side! Let's hope a blood vessel that was trying to hook up realized that the job was already done. Some bleeds in the first trimester are not uncommon. It's a good idea to schedule an appointment and take things easy until the bleeding stops.
