Confused And Feeling Movement

So far the past two months I have not had my regular period. I have had spotting but lasted for a day or two max. I have been suffering from lower back pains, morning sickness sometimes i would feel sick at night, i have had discomfort when trying to sleep (which never happened before, im the type that once i hit the pillow im out), I seem to get grossed out my the smell of foods i usually love to eat. I have taken 7 pregnancy test and they either came out blank or the two lines but one of the lines being very light. I tried digital pregnancy but it was coming out clearing just had the little sign that comes up when waiting for results. I recently went to the emergency room because i was suffering real sharp pains in my lower back and abdomen and the doctor said that my signs were indeed signs of pregnancy but when they did the test it was negative. But he said it just didnt make sense that the test at hospital came out negative and but the ones at home came out positive or no clear all the way. He told me to wait until my next period passed and if my period did not come to retest and follow up with doctor. I get my period between the 13-14 of every month but as of 5 days ago (sept 1) i started to have spotting again and as of last night i been having heavy bleeding with what seems like chucks coming out and severe cramps. I was laying down just now and I started to feel movement in my tummy. I started to freak out and thought it was my imagination. I put my hand on my tummy and could actually feel the bumps/movement whatever you want to call. I am really freaking out, if anyone could help with an answer it would really help or even if you experienced something like this.

Maybe you were having pregnancy that did not stick, and now it is ending. That would explain the pregnancy signs, the negative tests, and the contractions now. If this is the case it would be smart to have a check to make sure it is complete.
