Could I Be Pregnant?

My apologies if TMI...

I feel pregnant.  Yet negative tests.

I was on birth control consistently, never took placebos, started a fresh pack immediately.  Therefore, I never had periods.

I took antibiotics a little under two weeks before I feel I conceived.

I believe I conceived between November 4th and November 9th.

Starting on November 10th, I noticed breast soreness, which was my first symptom of my other two pregnancies.  My children are 5 and 7 years old.

I believe that I had implantation bleeding between November 15th and 20th.  There was only light pink discharge when I wiped.  Just a very minimal light pink amount on the 15th to the 17th, at which point it was a little more darker pink with a thick clump of CM present. The remaining days it was extremely light pink. I never needed a pad. No blood clots were present.  Had a mild discomfort over right pelvic region at that time.

I have been having symptoms...

Breasts enlarged, sore, blue veins present, with nipple discharge (clear when manipulated).

Food aversions (Twinkies and olives which are my favorites do not taste right).

Food cravings (anchovies at 3 am).

Bloating, mild cramping on one occurrence, slight pulling sensation in groin when shifting.

Headache.

Moody.

Started having nasal congestion on the 26th.

I have a script for blood work to test Hcg along with another script for an ultrasound.  I want to wait two more weeks to have these done.

I have taken pregnancy tests with Negative results.  Did get a faint grey line on a less sensitive test within a minute and a half, but it was at a diagonal, so I don't believe it was accurate.

Do you think it a possibility that I am pregnant?

You know the signs well enough. I suggest running another test a week after the last - the hormone doubles every few days in the first months. If you can't get a positive your signs are likely due to some other reason - cyst or glands which will require professional help. Your signs are not  listed as side effects of menstrual suppression

Thank you very much for your reply.  I plan on taking another test on Thursday.  I started taking prenatal vitamins and dha at the start off my initial symptoms, and I discontinued my birth control as a cautionary measure following the possible implantaion bleeding.  I have never had anything similar happen, so I doubt it can be anything else but that.  I read that it might take longer for Hcg to be present post implantation if the baby is a boy.  So here's hoping.  My son told me last year that he was going to have a brother someday.
