Could I Really Be Pregnant

My last period was June 15. I am very regular (almost down to the hour i know im going to start) the only times i have every missed a period was when i was pregnant. I had a very little spotting a week after my period was due, thats it for the bleeding. I am very hormonal, hair seems to be coming out in bigger globs when i run my hands through it, i get motion sick and am a little nauseous, tummy is a little "swollen" and bigger, bloody nose, gassy, extremely hungry, tired all the time...
I've gained 7lbs in the last 6 weeks. thats unusual for me.
Tricky part is, I had my tubes tied 4 years ago. All hpt say negative, all urine test at dr say neg. visit to gyno checked out "ok", everything "felt" normal. He scheduled me a va___al and normal ultrasound for two weeks away. He tells me it normal to miss a period occasionally, but its not normal for me.
Also, I have a visible "growth" in my belly. the dr's seen it, but cant find what it is. the er did a ct scan and didn't see anything. I'm thinking its a tubal pregnancy possibly, but i have no pain or discomfort, other than gas and nausea.

Cloudy, something is throwing your hormones out of whack for sure. It may be normal to miss a period, but not to have all these ailments. Can you insist on an ultrasound of ovaries and tubes to see if there is a cyst or something odd in that area? GL!

My family doctor scheduled an ultrasound for the 14th,my gyno has a v____al one and an normal one scheduled for the 18th. They've checked for cyst, since i have recent history with them. no one suspects a cyst. last time my cyst was very noticeable on the ct scan and my white blood cells were elevated. My lab work comes back good (heaven knows they have taken half my supply lol )
New symptoms now are abdominal cramps (kinda feels like i need to have a bowel movement), vomiting, hair loss(it never stops coming out), skin rash, and sore b___bs. Today the cramps were so bad I felt faint and wanted to vomit. Plus the headaches are still lingering and migraines come and go.
i should have my next menstrual cycle, by the 18th. Hopefully the ultrasound on the 14th shows something, if it doesn't get worse before then. My biggest fear is it being a tubal and ruptures.
I'm just really anxious and wanting to know what is going on.

It seems like you are in good hands - sorry they are too busy to schedule you sooner. Is it possible that a glandular malfunction is behind all this? If I remember right a tubal usually results in major pain by week 10 if not before. Please do come back and tell us the outcome.
