Hi All, I know its been a while since ive been on here, Now currently 8 1/2 months pregnant with a girl, wont be long now 6 weeks to go til due date. I had problems concieving beforehand, I know it wasnt as long as some of you that have been trying for over 2 years. But The only thing I did was have unprotected s_x everyday throughout the whole cycle from cycle day 8 - cycle day 20, as advised by my doctor, sometimes twice a day! He said if that doesnt work within 6 months come back for IVF, it worked within one month, before this I was trying ovulation kits and Basal Temps, which wasnt working. Every cycle is different and ovulation kits are never accurate because ur body responds differently so u could have already ovulated before or after a positive result. My periods was always regular til I turned 24 years old, they become lighter and irregular, which made my ovulation irregular but the ovulation kits wasnt working, I was timing my ovulation through this method and having s_x when I got a positive ovulation test and just afterwards but still nothing, my Basal temps were all over the place and still nothing, The month I conceived I didnt get a positive ovulation test at all, So I may have ovulated earlier than the expected time and I didnt have any spotting or bleeding. I had cramps a few days before I was due on my period but no bleeding, plenty of clear discharge, viens on my b___sts which were tender to touch, felt tired all the time, like something knocked me for six (low alertness) I took a first response pregnancy test on the day I was due on my period, well I thought I was due on cycle day 27 - 30 so I took the test on cycle day 25 and it was a bold positive, didnt believe it, took another one a few days later still positive obviously! I was diagnosed with a bulky right ovary a week before I found out I was pregnant through an ultrasound scan they didnt see anything there coz it was too early to tell but they said it was supicious that i had a bulky ovary with no cysts, still got bulky ovary no cysts. So please, try the non planning method, no ovulation kits or basal temps they make u more stressed and worried, so the everyday s_x thing between cycle day 8 - 20 for a few months and see??? Then if no luck then try something else. I hope you all have success stories to tell soon! Baby dust to all of you!!! xxxx

S_x cd 8-20 wouldn't work for me lol sometimes I don't ovulate until cd 20-25! Haha it took me 6 entire months to figure out my window SO DON'T GIVE UP!! last month and the month before I had spotting with O which was nice, I like having more physical indicators! This month opks were weird had only 1 day of positive and in previous months I could have 4-5 days of them. I had a missed miscarriage and D&C in May :( and conceived in February. COLD SEASON! I REALLY think Robitussin is to blame! To test my theory, I've been taking it this month just once a day and I actually got EWCM! I'm feeling very laid back this month but somehow feeling hopeful. Which has been very hard since losing our precious baby Evangeline months of depression and a feeling of depersonalization (like life is a game and nothing is real). So hopefully I can give DH a positive pregnancy test for his birthday 11/15 :) our anniversary is 11/23. We need something good to happen to us. Fx and baby dust to all!

I suggest all future mommies to have s_x every 36-48 hours on your fertile days. This way the sperm count will increase and give you more chances to become pregnant.

To:dallas.nicole I am sure many good things will happen to you in the near future. I am sending you baby dust and warmth from Sunshine California! I keep track of my basal body Temp. and cervical mucus for 7 months now and I noticed a nice pattern. My period cycle usually last 30-32 days. My ovulation 16-17th.I start having CM after my period. The copous amount of mucus is the day of O. I do feel a cramp on one side( every month diff.) of my pelvis. For few years we used withdrawal method and we never got pregnant. Now on October we tried! He saved up for 2 days and we tried on my O day. I layed down on my back for 10 min to help sperm against gravity. 8 days later I had cramps and 11 day i had a bad one on the left side (I was afraid about tubal preg) that I had to sit down. Now 15th day after POSSIBLE conceivemet I have only one symptom: my cervix is wet, (no visible discharges to my underwear). Usually I am dry after ovulation and we use lubricant. I am going to test for pregnancy tomorrow. I want to ask other women had wet and swollen cervix during early pregnancy.

Ha! I ovulated yesterday lol I did finally get past symptom spotting and I pee on opks to keep myself busy ;p I bought 40 on amazon for 10 bucks! Got 10 pregnancy tests too! Haha poas addict here, I just like to pee on stuff I guess ;p I haven't used a pregnancy test in about 3 months but just for irony's sake ill use them this month. I'm not doing anything different day to day, still addicted to my energy drinks, still stay up all night and get up early, eat lots of sugar and do all the bad stuff ;p I just get so stressed and disappointed when I try to do everything right and get let down at the end of the month. My last pregnancy was unplanned and I didn't do any of the right stuff so maybe that's my problem! I do take baby aspirin and folic acid daily though because I do have MTHFR and another blood clotting disorder. Other than that, I am continuing living my everyday life until a little one comes and turns it upside down again :) I'm ready this time.

dallas.nicole ok so you ovulated yesterday i, i got my positive opk on sunday. so you want to buddy up? lol when do you plan on testing? im trying to wait at least 9dpo...last month i tested starting at 4dpo i couldnt help myself. im more calm this month but i do still stalk these forums lol we can help each other out during the tww lol

Well, I'd like to wait until 11/14 to test. I will probably start testing around 10dpo though because if I'm not pregnant, then ill have to buy something different for DH's birthday lol but yeah, I'd love to buddy up :)

dallas.nicole That would definitely be a nice gift and so many creative ways you can give it to him. That would definitely be a birthday gift to remember. I was going to try to hold out until 9 or 10dpo...if I can..just hoping this is our month...trying to keep busy though lol. Lots of sticky baby dust your way...good luck

Oh my positive opk was Sunday too actually. Just had O pains and calling yesterday O day for safe measure.

Good morning Yea my opk was positive on Sunday but I had cramping pains on Monday to. So I guess my actual day of ovulation was Monday...so that I guess makes me 2 or 3 dpo now. I looked it up they said the day you get your positive opk is when you start counting dpo because no one knows exactly when they'll ovulate. yestersady (Tuesday) I had cramping and tender b___st...lol I was happy but didn't want to get too excited because the past 2 months I felt sypmtoms and got bfns and af came. Last month I thought was my month cause of the symptoms adding up. So far today I don't feel anything. I know all women don't have implantation bleeding lol but I find myself looking for it everytime I go to the bathroom... **lots of sticky baby dust** *bfps* when we do our poas party

Your Symptoms sound promising hope this is your last month having to try. :)

Just symptoms that ovulation is done dear. I don't expect anything real for at least another 4-6 days. Probably another week.
