Help 3 Days Late Tests All Negative

I am now three days late with no sign of AF. I usually have very particular symptoms and so far have had none. Only thing I am experiencing is some cramping (like you get before AF), tired, heartburn??! Have done several tests (not that I'm obsessed lol) a few with one step pregnancy strips and one with digital (sainsburys own) all negative. Did however get an indent line on strip test where positive line should be!! Confused! Please help - any advice would be great!

Also just noticed when I get up from sitting or laying I get a sharp pain that lasts a few seconds then goes?

Do you have any b___st or nip signs, more peeing, lotion discharge? The pain on standing is a new one - what's that about, I wonder. Test every few days using fmu. GL!
