Hi,
My partner and I had an accident when we had s_x. After a while I developed extreme symptoms that I have never felt before, so we got excited and thought it was pregnancy.
However, yesterday, I went to the bathroom and there was blood. I am a week early, and usually NEVER go off course, in the last ten years I have had my period, it has never been late or early, and always the same flow. I realise that flow can change, but it is just unusual for me, as usually I cannot even walk out of period pain, yet I was unaware this time and it was just there. It is different in colour, and not heavy at all. I barely need one pad for a day. It started last night and is here now but easing a little. It has been a bright pinky red, to brown, and back to pinky.
Is there something very wrong with me, or could this still be a sign of pregnancy?
I don't want to cling to false hope, but would also like to know what is going on, as I am not due till next Monday.
Did anyone else experience this before pregnancy, could it be implantation that I have read about? and if not, what should I do/think??
I really need a second opinion as I don't have many to talk to on this subject.

Also, I am not on any birth control, we just use condoms.
Is there anyone else that was in this situation? :(
I hope I am pregnant, but if I am not, a little confused as my body is just strange, I hope nothing is wrong.

So you have strong early pregnancy signs and now a suggestion of implantation spotting, often described as "pink and brown when wiping". Run a test when your period was originally due, and repeat a week later if necessary. Check out prenatal vitamins, important in the early weeks. GL!

I hope you are right....I got a pack of three tests today and will take one in the morning and again next week to be sure I hope you are right..

I am waiting till the morning and I am not due a period till monday so may have to wait for results yet? Will let you know first thing as soon as I know :)
Bleeding has stopped now after two days so I think maybe not a period....
I'll keep you posted :)

I was having the exact same spotting that only lasted two days and went away! Not sure how strong of a sign that is so early after s_x. Did you ever take the test?

I was due my period this morning, (did not get anything though) so I took a test and it was negative :'(
The bleeding only was there for two days, and it was still early so now I'm a little worried about what it could be from other than pregnancy. Has anyone got some advice?
I am actually pretty disappointed now :'(

I wouldnt worry perhaps just contact your Dr and ask them for their advice

Don't start to give up hope until testing negative when two weeks late. Occasionally a woman will say she "never" got a positive in spite of being pregnant. Call the doc if you miss a second period. GL!

Part of me told myself that, and I'm still convinced I am. Having cramps as the last three weeks, yet no period still. I always just tell myself I am giving false hope though!

Time will tell anyway, if there is still signs in a few weeks the doctor it is.

Why don't you just call your Dr??? What could it hurt and this way you would know for sure

Well I won't get paid for two weeks and won't be able to have time off, so I have to wait :)
