Implantation Bleeding, Negative Test

hi! I believe I had implantation bleeding due to my period starting 2 days early and it only lasting less than 4 days. It was brown in color and no blood clots or any red blood. It was very light compared to my normal period and cramping was not as bad. I took several tests and they were all negative I have yet to take any the past two weeks due to my period supposed to start in a few days (and not wanting to get my hopes up). I have been nauseous for the past two week and always sleepy for several weeks now. Last week I began to feel dizzy for several days and I’m constantly hungry. Except I am now feeling nauseous more so than hungry at this time. Has anyone had a period or implantation similar with negative results?

Also, my stomach has been making lots of noise these past few days like my period is coming but my cramps are not as intense. I am extremely nervous.

An odd time line. You think you might be close to 8 weeks with no positive test. Is it possible an ovarian cyst is playing tricks and giving those signs.
