Yvette, I had a period when I was pregnant, it was 2 very heavy days, then gone (which is unusual for me). A week later I started bleeding (brownish) and I thought it so strange I took a pregnancy test. I was pregnant and confirmed by a doctor. I did end up miscarrying, but the light brownish stuff got really heavy and I was cramping a lot. The doctor said I should only worry if there was a lot of bleeding with cramping--which I had. It sounds like your bleeding is lighter now, and without cramps? I hope that is a good sign! I will be thinking about you and wish you the best.

I will try not to worry until I have more information today from the doctor. I havent had cramps just light twinges. so I hope that is a plus. thank you for your information and your well wishes. I will update later. :) Yvette

My uterus was checked at my appt and it was still closed which is a good sign, but not very big. I was given a blood test and will have another on Friday to see if my hcg levels have gone up or down. The NP said there was alot of mixed signs but couldnt say anything till after the blood results. Ahh so I won't know for sure till Monday:( It will be along weekend for me.

yvette, thanks for the update. I am sorry about the wait over the weekend, I know the feeling. I know this is much easier for me to say, but do your best to relax and try to stay positive. Keep us posted. Again, you are in my thoughts.

enail and, especially yvette i just want to know.. were there clots in your period????? or bleeding.. cuz if you're preggie there should be no clots? Im not sure if i am expereiencing implantation bleeding or if myperiod came early due to BC pills and jus to let you know.. i have a bit of clots.. i see them mostly when i pee

I had clots during my period. but I have done 3 hpt 1 week after the period and all were positive. I get results today from my blood tests. Not sure what is up but I know it is not usual.

yvette--let me know when you get your results. I am sure this weekend has seemed very long for you. Stephy, I had one day of very heavy bleeding (and clots) during the period I had when I was pregnant. Obviously, it was not a good sign for me, because I had a miscarriage two weeks later. I have also heard stories about women who go through bleeding while pregnant and things turn out OK, though.

My aunt had periods untils she delievered my cousin so I think you are pregnant

Yvette. Please tell me how long after conception you got a positive. I had s_x a week before my period. Instead of my period, I had brown spotting on toilet paper only twice over a two day period. Then being 10 days late, I had two days of bright red bleeding and then pink spotting, then NOTHING and then pink/brown. Was very short period. I have veins in my b___sts but all my tests are negative. It will be a month tomorrow since I last had s_x. Could I still be? You have given me reason to believe. Thank you.

I had some burning like a really bad indigestion or appendiditis like symptoms Sun and Mon no sharp pains. Went to ER mon nite. Dr almost sure it sounds like ectopic. Surgery right after, he showed my hubby pics of the tube ready to burst. Got home from hospital todya, not feeling well but it couldve been way worse. Hope everyone better luck, i am thinking positive thoughts for u all. Y

yvette how bad were your pains? because i think i may be having and ectopic pregnancy but not sure i get pains sometimes but they are not severe or anything im just really scared

Started bleeding heavy yesterday with little clotting. Its soaking the pad and tampon. Dont have money to go to the dr. Need to know if this is something I should worry about or if its normal.

I am having similar problems. me and my wife are trying to get pregnant, we started the beginning of last month. I started having what was thought to be implantation bleeding, I started feeling other pregnancy symptoms too like cravings, lower back pain, and light cramping. That went on for a bit over two weeks. then the first of this month I started bleeding heavier, it was off and on for awhile, and when I thought it was gone (usually was only gone for a few hours to about a day) it would come back. I am still bleeding and it has gotten even heavier with clots. we think I misscarried, but not sure. I usually have heavy, irregular periods too, so I'm not sure if I went from spotting, to miscarrage to having my period...i'm so irritated and confused.
