Irregular Period Help Please

I never have irregular period it usually starts out heavy and then gets light but this time it darted out slow I was camping the first Day not as bad as usual and I bearlly bleed at all the smallest about then it started getting heavy today was my 4th day and it filled a tampon in 2 1/2 hours twice then for 8 hours tonight bearlly anything this is not regular for me it usually slows down not just heavy and nothing in one Day. Monday and Tuesday I got weird cramps that came off and on like one or twice not a lot but only when I stood and walked never why I layer down and I'm not taking birth control and anything and I am s_xually active I just want answers
Also had s_x day before period spotted or bleed very little afterwards then next day I had camping and spotted bearlly bleed and period started

I guess for once you have had an irregular period. Maybe the s_x immediately before it started could have brought it on light. To get pregnant it is necessary to have s_x about two weeks before the expected period. Have you been having unprotected s_x for very long without getting pregnant?

I have had protected AMD unprotected for a couple of months now
