Hello. I need help. Here is my story.i am married for the last 6.5 yr. I also have kidney ptoblem. Now we are planning.  I got my last period on 18 aug. And we had intercourse on 23,25 and 27 aug. I ovulated on 27 aug. Now from 27 aug onwards i am having all pregnancy symptoms except food carving. But having lots of lower abdomen pain. Also i visited my gynea. She asked for the pregnancy test. I did UPT on 8 sept. It was negative. But i am having pain so did a ultrasound,  again it was normal. Did a urine routine test, normal as well. But lots of cramps and pain. Now on 10 sept night when i went to restroom i saw small pinkish red blood with no smell only when i wiped. Also on. 11 sept, whole day it was pinkish red. But at 11th night it turned to dark pinkish red With lots of pain and little heavy flow but again no smell. Today on 12 sept i did a pregnancy test but got negative result. But flow is same and colour of blood is red with clots. So i want to know it is implantation bleeding or something serious?? We need baby?? I am so stressed?? So pliz help me?
