I have an ex who says she is pregnant. I havent seen any paperwork at all telling me anything.She said it was going to be twins. She said she lost one of them had a miscarriage and a D & C and is still pregnant. The I have a major BS alarm going off. I want to understand. If she is indeed I want to be there and be a father. After the miscarriage and D&C is it even possible that she is still pregnant?

A D&C after a miscarriage is plausible. A positive pregnancy test shortly after is also possible. To have a pregnancy actually survive a D&C is very unlikely. It is also possible to get pregnant again after a D&C without ever having a period. Ask her to run another home pregnancy test in front of you or ask to see the ultrasound if there is one. GL!

Thank you for replying. Her and I never had intercourse after the d&c. Every part of me is telling me she is lying to me. I have learned some more things tonight which I don't want to bring up that reinforce my intuition. What you have said helps a lot also. I really appreciate it. Thanks.
