Leaky Breasts Missed Period Negative Pregnancy Blood Test

hi there. im 19 and am trying to for a child. i recently missed my period it was supposed to come on the 13th it is now the 19th and still nothing. for a few weeks i have noticed times where a clearish liquid came from my nipples. i have never had a child before so i am not sure where to turn. i took a blood test yesterday but it came back negative. the doctor says the missed period could be stress, but i dont recall being overly stressed recently...and that still doesnt explain my br___ts. the doctor wants me to go back next week if nothing has changed, but i thought maybe i could fish for words of wisdom here. does anyone know what could be wrong with me? am i pregnant? is it something else? i would really appreciate any advice you ladies have for me^_^.
