PLEASE HELP!! My Instincts Are Telling Me Otherwise

Just curious if any one has had a positive US for baby after being told Not Pregnant on Urine and Blood Test, I am 7 weeks Late almost 8. I am kind of hopeless as to what is exactly going on with me.
I am almost 8 weeks late (Monthly 27-28 Cycles)
24 year old-healthy (133 lbs)
LMP Sept. 13th.
BF and I do not use protection (Stopped TTC 5 Months ago, if it happens it happens kinda mood now)
Constant Urination, Constipation&Increased Discharge (TMI), Headaches, Small Dull Pressure Cramps (Nothing Close to PMS Cramps), Lower Back Pain on and Off, Find myself losing my breath faster, Extremely Sleepy at work now, Fatigue, Clumsy, Heart Burn, I usually love to be warm but find myself looking for a cooler spot, Leg Cramps, I feel like I can go on and on but want to make this short.

Has anyone been through this and was in fact pregnant or know anyone who has been through this?

That's a great list of early signs and you have good exposure. There are enough cases of pregnancy with many negative urine tests, but blood tests are supposed to be pretty reliable. I think I would run one more urine test to see if the hCG hormone has increased since the last time, then schedule an appointment for an ovarian cyst or gland problem check up.

Would an Ovarian Cyst show up on an ultrasound and how soon would it show? Because I did have an ultrasound 5days after my missed period (Sat. Oct 15th) and the OBGYN who seen me at the time asked for me to return 1week after my next missed period which is right around the corner (Mon. Nov 7th). She informed me that it would be too soon to see a baby but said she does not see anything out of the ordinary in my uterus or ovaries. Still possible for an Ovarian Cyst or Gland?
