Positive Test Then Negative

Hello i got two positive pregnancy tests in decemner had a light bleed nothing like my normal period went to the doctors and they sent me for a scan and confirmed my pregnancy at the scan they couldnt see anything send it maybe to early..I have got a bump and all the pregnancy signs and my period hasnt been normal since ive had no pains like my normal periods either and ive got a bump even when standing! could i be pregnant?
