So I havent had my period in 4 months straight which is really abnormal for me because usually im always on time, but I've been having all the symptoms headaches, nausea, mood swings, mild cramping, cravings, sore br___t, frequent trips to the bathroom. Ive taken three hpt and theyre all negative and one urine test and the doctors and it was negative too but they said I have an UTI. I have heard of women never passing HCg through their urine and im super anxious if I could be one of the few I intend on getting a blood test and ultrasound done because this is really abnormal i just hope its a baby any suggestions as to what else it could be??

Sometimes an ovarian cyst can give off hormones that mimic pregnancy. The ultrasound will be able to tell. GL!

Sweeney, your blood volume increases during pregnancy and you need more iron to make it. Your prenatal vitamins should contain iron. Google [anemia in pregnancy]
