i don't want to go to the doctor. ugh! here is my situation:
i just turned 44. i have a 13 year old and an almost-six year old. i have NO interest in getting pregnant again. i have two amazing kids that make my world a wonderful place!
honestly, my husband and i probably have s_x 3 times a YEAR! yes, you read that right.
i don't bother to keep track of my cycles because we barely ever have s_x and i don't want to be pregnant.
for about the past 4 or 5 days, my br___ts are tender a good portion of the day. i can't even lay on my stomach.
my nipples are sore, but i have not been wearing bras as much, because i have just started wearing pajamas at night. maybe that's it??
anyway, tender br___ts. sore nipples. (not to be gross, but hubby pinchd during s_x and i nearly shot through the roof!), acid reflux, hungry as a bear, some headaches, foot cramps.
no idea when my period should start. home preg test was negative.
help!
