Pregnancy Sypmtoms 8 Days After Conception

I feel like an idiot even THINKING I feel pregnant already. Last saturday(8 days ago) I had unprotected s_x, and after wards I calculated that I was ovulating.
Today I feel quite a bit of cramping and pain in my uterus and in my left ovaries and occasionally in my right ovaries as well, and quite a bit of nausea, mainly at night(it gets really bad at night) but it is off and on through the day as well, and I noticed that my chest is sore and has pains in it through out the day as well, my chest get really bad pains every once in a while through out the day.
I have also felt very exhausted like all the time...i swear i could sleep all day if i was allowed to and still be tired...I've also been getting headaches occasionally. I'm also more gassy than usual... and i have been feeling extra bloated and full but hungry at the same time.... A friend of mine noticed that i've been acting a bit more crabby,snappy and emotional as well...
Besides that, I just FEEL pregnant.
Do you think a woman could experience pregnancy symptoms only 8 days after conception? (It's still too early to take a test and i know there is no point, considering it will def. come out neg... My period isn't due till the 18th so i still have a while before i can test...)or do you think it's all in my head??
Please help... I don't want to be "that person" that believes every sypmtom means something, but something is up. Opinions????

I KNOW I'm pregnant and I can't test yet either. I knew 1 day after ovulating! I know THAT sounds crazy!! But, this is my second pregnancy and I feel the EXACT same way as I did with my first.....mainly tingly, heavy b___bs (biggest symptom) and exhaustion!
The scientific community would disagree with me, but I'm telling you, sometimes you just know.
By the way if you are 8 days after conception you could probably start testing with an EPT (early pregnancy test) tomorrow. With my last I got a + 9 days post ovulation.
So, I'm here to tell you that if you really FEEL pregnant, it is possible that you are. I will prove it to you once I get my + result! Good luck with everything and please keep me posted!

You're welcome. It helps to "talk" to other ladies I think! Yes, please keep me posted. I totally understand being nervous. Any and all emotions are normal when it comes to suspecting a pregnancy.

I'm probably going to start testing on Wednesday. That's 9 DPO for me and with my daughter that is when I got my +. It could still be too early though. But, we'll see....I don't think I can hold off much longer than mid-week. I'm not patient enough to wait until AF would be expected. If I keep getting -'s I will be so confused! Then I will feel crazy!

Aww... well good luck and baby dust to you!! :) today is 9 DPO for me... and i'm dying not testing but at the same time i guess i'm too chicken...haha Ya know... cuz what if i do get a neg... I wouldn't know if it was just cuz it was to early or cuz i'm really not preg.... I have days where i feel i really am pregnant but then i have days where i doubt myself and think i'm not... Its crazy and this waiting game is no fun!! haha Well I hope niether of us are crazy...haha keep me updated!!

Thanks! Yep gonna test tomorrow! Late yesterday I was thinking I was losing the feeling of being preggo but it's pretty strong this morning again so I know what you are saying! Are you going to wait until a missed period do you think? Anyway, feel free to join me in the other threat (The New 2WW Thread) that I started. There are a couple of other ladies there as well. Whatever you prefer though as I'll check here too. Hope your day is going well!

I had unprotected s_x july 11th. Its barely been 4 days and I'm going nuts. I can't imagine being in your shoes. Though if anyone is crazy it must be me. I've been feeling nausea all day and its no fun. And yesterday I actually threw up in the morning. I know my mind, and body must be playing tricks. I need support. I've also never had a regular period so I'm debating when I should take a test.. any advice will help. Thanks so much.

Hi everybody!!!- Anybody, please tell me what you think-
I was diagnosed with PCOS. my periods are irregular but i had them four weeks ago(it wasa just a weird bleeding but the way)...So, i don't want to say that i felt all kind of symptoms because i know that my mind can trick me.
Also, just finished five days on Macrobid for UTI (first time ever!!!!)
My question is:
Has anybody ever felt like a giant air bubble stuck in your pubic area at times. i have been feeling that lately.It is not gas for sure, doesn't hurt but feel uncomfortable. I KNOW it isn't baby moving or anything . it just feel weird at times. i feel better when i spread my legs.It likes it is close to my bladder but it is not my bladder. i can feel the difference. anybody?
Please let me know what you think it is...thanks so much!

I haven't test yet -don't scared to be disappointed...I have tested so many times... i will like may be by the end of the week.
Also, i am getting sick everytime i eat a meal now...

i had unprotected s_x 8 days ago,actually it was a coupus interruptus and my period is not regular but iam expecting it to be in the next three days. i've started feeling exhausted from yesterday even though i get enough sleep and my lower back aches like crazy. does this mean iam pregnant and is it too early for a home pregnancy test?
