Pregnant Or Late Ovulation

My last period was October 12th. Usually 34 days on a cycle. It was 27 until I went back to nights back in August. Today is cd43 and I have headaches, increase in cm, sore nipples, dull lower back ache And on November 13th I spotted pink and I used a tampon over night and took it out in the morning and it only had a brown spot on it. What are your thoughts. I have an appointment tomorrow at 3pm
