is it a possible pregnancy hpt say neg i am 3 wks late and have all my past symptoms someone please answer me ihad my tubes tied burnt and clipped

I am going through the samething..I had my tubes tied a year and 1/2 ago..I haven't had a period since Feb..My Feb period was very light..Only used 3 pads.. and it was all messed up.Bleed alittle for a day and then stop then 3 days later bleed a little more..I took a hpt and it was neg. So I don't know what is going on
