Pregnancy Info HOME

I am very worried about pregnancy and its affecting my health. Me and my girlfriend had a scare but she got her periods and she stopped being worried and i continue to be. She then had an transabdominal pelvic ultrasound when she would have been 14+ weeks. The report said her uterus was normal in size shape and texture. Her endometrium was 6mm and no fibroids were present and slightly enlarged ovaries. Does this rule out any worries?? Is it possible to miss a pregnancy?
