First let me say I had my tubes tied 15 years ago. I have 3 beautiful daughters but really want to have a son with my new husband. I had my AF on Sept 4th-8 and had sex on Sept 16th had brown pinkish discharge on Sept 22-23 but it was only when I wipe and only for one and half days. I plan to have a tubal reversal early next year, but my friend said I had implantation bleeding. I also had cramping and a headache that goes and comes. The timing of s_x and possible implantation spotting is encouraging, but with tubes tied I would not put money on it. Good luck with a test when your period is late or light.
