You can buy it online(just do a google search) or you can go to a local supplement store, like, GNC or if you have a natural store near you..I dont think walmart or target sells it, but im not sure.

Rainbowbrite, I am pretty sure Ive asked this before, but how irregular are we talking about with your cycles? I took Don Quai and Vitex last month..which uped my cycle from 105 days to 48 (bfp on 9dpo and then bleeding at early 10dpo). I dont think the herbs contributed much since I only took them for once cycle. Are you over/underweight by chance? How many cycles have you had since ttc?

Well i am actually having cycles earlier than i should. I do go and see my doc tomorrow about it... because this month i have had three periods. I'm not sure if some of that is breakthrough bleeding or what have you. But this is VERY irregular for me. I do have normal cycles as well but may has been a bad month and the funny thing is , this month has been the month i've felt LEAST stressed!!! LOL... Because i know they say stress can be an issue. but i don't normally feel stressed but this month i've felt more at ease than ever before.. but my last period started may 19th and then i started AGAIN on May 30th. But i've heard that Vitex can help regulate cycles so i was just looking into this for an option... I am not overweight or underweight. Well when i look into the body ma__s index it says i am right where i am suppose to be or on the lower end of where i am suppose to be so i am not either of those. So i do not think my weight is an issue?? this is also my 8-9 month ttc. i mean we had months where we weren't REALLY trying because i felt maybe upset at the whole process but now that i wanted to start charting and temping i'm having a really out of whack month. Any other advice?

I wish I had some advice! I hate that some of us women have to go through this confusion..but it makes it worse seeing others have to go through it! I would definetly try the vitex, but I think its great that you are going to see your Dr. Ask them about the vitex. When I asked the Dr just over the phone they said the only thing they could was subscribe me birthcontrol..well, duh!! that totally defeats the purpose of ttc! LOL! If i werent trying to get preg, I would be in heaven with the long cycles! LOL! So, I have an appt with a new Dr Wednesday. I think the vitex is a good idea!! Let me know how it goes tomorrow!!

Lerin- I don't get that because when i called to make the drs appt they had brought up getting me back on BC. I was like but i want to get pregnant! you know thinking maybe they didn't hear me.. Because as you might have seen in another forum- that is what really got us talking about do we want to ttc- Me and sweetie that is.. because i was already being irregular on the pill.. and we decided to just let it take its course.. so i do not understand putting you on the bc?
