this is probaly not in the right section but i have a question.are there any rights for a man to know if his girl friend is pregnant.his girl friend is leading my friend on.he has told me she is getting nausea,he thinks she her missed period(wont tell him)and he said hes positive he got her pregnant.she recently told him she needs to tell him something important but when he went over she ended up arguing with him because her ex's boy friend was there to see his kid(she has one already)i was wondering does my friend have any right to know if she is.

that's a hard questin to answer it depends on where u live...like country then if in usa state..in canada province... different places have different laws... I think ur friend should ask her outright...he should let her know he has a feeling and come out and ask..if he is supportive and wants this baby he should tell her that so as to maybe make her more comfortable...but u have to see it from her side too...she might be scared he will leaveher...(like I'm guessing her ex did) and shemight still be trying to get her head around the idea of having another child... check online for fathers right in the area u live...u can also call a family lawyer.. and ask them (u shouldn't have to pay to get a question answered) gl...

there is no question that morally he has every right to know but legally she has every right to abort without his consent......kinda sucks though ....really there is nothing he can do but wait it out.
