Please Help Extremely Confused

I went for an ultrasound today and it said I was 11 weeks. From my est. I am only 9 weeks. I am extremely confused? How can there be such a difference?
My LMP was around march 9 and I had to of conceived on or around the 25 of March.
From my understanding if I am due Nov. 30 then I would of had my lmp around the 23 of Feb.?
Are ultrasounds usually off by that much? Plus they the tech said the fetus was about an 1 inch long from crown to rump?
Someone please help, I am going crazy!!!

Did you know that the way due dates are determined are by adding 2 weeks to your conception date? In other words you are 2 week pregnant before you even conceive. I know that sounds crazy, but that is how it works. They count from the beginning of your cycle. A wonderful website to go to is www.pregnancyguideonline.com/. You can look at each week of your pregnancy. Also, on the right side panel of the home page there is a 'due date calculater'. I go to the site often and I love to watch my pregnancy week by week.
