What Is Wrong With All These Little Girls

Ok i know that teen pregnancy is a huge problem, but i was shocked when i read the post "13 and pregnant". I cant believe these girls, some as young as 9 years old are expecting, where are their parents. I can't believe this, all of these girls should be out going to school, and having fun. Not having s_x and making babies. What can a 13 year old offer a baby? how do they think they are going to afford this or ahndle it emotionally. Don't they realize this is a huge, huge responsibility. If they only knew how much having a baby changes your life......I feel sorry for them. Im not writing this to bash anyone i just couldn't believe what i was reading. And 11 year olds shouldn't be giving 13 advice on these issues!!!

i understand you are trying not to bash them, but they are 13 and probably dont know any better. Either stemming from there home life or just the way they are brought up. I share your thoughts on how they should be out having fun, and i wish this wasnt the case, but it is and we have to help these girls in whatever way we can.

Today is a different time. Unfortunately many of tthe parents of these children are not around. There seems to be a lack of parenting these days. This cannot be taken out on the 11 yr olds etc. or their children. Depending on each individual's situation there are different ways of going about it.
