the first couple weeks my nipples were real sore and tender and for about for first 3 weeks i was real nauseous ..and i have to pee quite often and have weird food cravings ..i have period like pains in my stomach ..tired more often..could i be pregnant

For sure you could - good early signs. You have probably missed a normal period already. Buy a Dollar Store test and use it on first morning pee. Good luck!
