hi i just got out of a 6 year relationship and got into another relationship with the guy of my dreams...and we want to have a baby so much we are trying and i dont know what to do advice please

Most people would suggest you know the guy for at least a year before trying to cement the bond. Men can act the perfect match for that long with no trouble at all. Which said, at your age you should be able to get pregnant within three months of trying. Is it not working out?
