alright so heres my situation,
during my last period on my 5th day which is when im usually finnishing off me and my boyfriend had unprotected s_x and he finnished in me. I had heard you cant get pregnant during your period or if you do its rare.
well now im 5 days late and i took a pregnancy test and it came out negative but still no period. I barely realised i had spotted earlier this month about a week or 2 after having s_x and i thought i was going to get my period but it never came so i didnt think much of it.
but heres my question do you think im pregnant, and maybe just took the test too soon?

You are correct that you can get pregnant on your period, it is rare but happens, especially for women with really short cycles. So how long is your cycle honey? Do you have any other odd feelings other than the late period?
Here's the thing. No one can tell you if you are pregnant. You could just be having a strange cycle which happens a lot throughout our lives. It's like we have a hormone makeover and our cycles restart. I'd say in a couple of days, try another test and if it's negative and driving you crazy then go in and see your doctor. If it's positive then you're pregnant.
If it's negative and you can wait it out and don't want to go into the doctor yet then wait it out and try to relax and see if your period comes. If it still doesn't, go in and talk to your doctor.
Really those are your only options.
