Hi,on Jan 20 me and my boyfriend were fooling around making out but his p__s never got into direct contact with my va___a only once but it literally was for one second it felt like a pinch there was no penetration at all I was ovulating I have a 28 day cycle. My boyfriend is celibate we don't have s_x and he does not even m____ee they say the only time pre ejaculation can have sperm if he's ejaculated before which he has not done in months him and I are not s_xually active at this point, He was touching his p__s and touched my genital area but im not sure if he had pre *** on his fingers but when I looked at his p__s there was barely anything there. I don't know im so scared can someone give me some reassurance or something....thank you.

Do not worried. There is no way you could've become pregnant.

I don't think so!! At least you know when you are ovulating, 14 days before your expected period. Maybe you should quit fooling around close to ovulation like that. My theory on pre-c_m is that it can contain sperm if the guy has had an erection for some time, and has been close to ejaculation. I think your period will come on time, a week from now. Ok thank you but ive been peeing a lot I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative I was a little relieved but I know it's too soon to test. I dont know this is all I think about I have no appet_te and I cant stop crying all my friends keep telling me it's my mind playing tricks on me.
My b___bs were sore since Sunday but not anymore im going crazy I dont know what to do anymore im so scared.

I know you are reading up on early signs and now you think you have some. There are young women here who will tell you they have psyched themselves into signs, even to delaying their period. Hold off on testing again at least until a normal period does not show on time. If that happens, buy a couple of Dollar Store tests and use them on first morning pee at one week intervals. I know why your stressed out, however, i think there is no need. You should listen to your friend because it is probably just in your head.
the only way prec_m carries sprem is if your bf had ejaculated prior to that and even so, there is only 25% you can get pregnant this way.
However by ur post you mention being worried about remaining sperm in his finger right? the minute the sperm comes in contact with air it is extremely hard it will survive.
even if you were pregnant, which im saying is a NO, it would be way to soon for ur b___st to hurt. Listen to your friend and stop stressing.

Thanks again I was reading up on pms symptoms and it says that you can also have urinary problems before periods I dont know im very confused

The best thing to do is not to worry about it. Even if it did have sperm on it...there wouldn't have been very much. It is a very very low chance that you are pregnant.
Just don't worry about it for now... don't kill yourself over it. I had a similar scare, and looking back I wish I would have just put it out of my mind and took a pregnancy test after my expected period. It doesn't do any good to worry (except that stress might help you to NOT be able to conceive...so maybe it WOULD help after all) :)
