Its not a silly story, it actually happened but I cant tell my parents I want a child, having a child is a wonderful thing and I know it would be hard but I know we can do it. My boyfriend and I love kids, he would be a great father and I know i will be a great mother.

The part that's silly is you actually thinking the side effects of the pill are worse than that of having a child. And if you think that your parents are going to disapprove, that's your sub-conscience telling you you're not ready. Like when you do something bad and you know it's bad... Anyway look, I really think that you know what you're doing is not a good thing. So I'm not going to sit here and tell you why it's bad so you can defend yourself.

Amanda, you are wasting your breath. You can't fill a cup that's already full of it. She already thinks that she's mature and knows things and can handle everything though we all know better, but when someone has that att_tude they are not very receptive to advice. It's as simple as this-you say you're smart etc, but it's unfair to a child and to your boyfriend to do such a thing. It sounds like you told your boyfriend that you'd take the pill to ease his mind enough for him to ejaculate in you and now that there is a possible issue he's HAVING to deal with it. That's not fair, especially since his feelings probably wouldn't be the same if you had just explained your intentions from the beginning. It's called trapping. You should always remember that certain traditions like getting married before baby is also a safeguard. If your guy was that hyped about fathering a child with you, you guys would be walking down the isle. You don't know how this guy is going to feel when the positive comes up or when the stress gets to him. I truly believe that sometimes nature takes over and maybe right now your body is screaming for a baby and it's clouding up your head, but you're actually not being very smart and you are going to suffer and your child may too. But hey, that's why we all end up in our 40's and looking back on the silly choices we made that changed our lives. Pretty much all anyone can say is wait until your period is due and if it doesn't come then take a test. Also, in the future, try to be more honest with your guy-it's his life too. You should never take choices away from people, especially when it's something this big.
