I am not pregnant, as it turns out :)
But, now that I am free of that worry, my best friend is not.
Olivia started her bc pack a day late, so the last effective pill was taken on a sunday instead of saturday.
She had unprotected s_x on monday. its over a week later and she said she still doesnt have her period.
what are the chances she could be pregnant?
when does she need to test? because i have to buy them for her. :p

Let's see if I have this right. She has been on bc pills for months, taking them on time as prescribed, and s_xually active. This month she had s_x right around the time her period was expected, and now the period is a week overdue. In fact, she was supposed to start in on her next pack last weekend. Does she have any early signs of pregnancy other than a missing period? Has she been on antibiotics recently? How good is she at taking her bc pill at the same time every day? How did she get to be a day behind in her pills - did she skip a pill and not take a catch-up pill when she remembered? Woteva, it would be a good idea to buy a two-pack of hpt and take one tomorrow morning first am pee, and repeat a week later if still in doubt. GL!

Thats correct. Im olivia now. Im using my friends account for advice.
I had slight cramping in my lower a few days ago.
Kind of how it feels the day i start my period.
Ive had kinda of heavier discharge.
Ive also had the worst headach today :/
I have been on low dose antibiotics, actually.
Im not the greatest at taking them at the same time.
And i was a pill behind bc my father forgot to pick up my bc until monday instead of sunday.
Wich is the case now. I have not started the new pack bc i was out of town for the weekend so i couldnt get to the drug store. my mom is supposed to be bringing the new pack when she comes home today.
Should i start the new pack, or take a pregnancy test first?
And is it too soon to take hpt? its only been a little over a week since i had s_x

also, would a walmart brand pregnancy test be effective. (equate) its the cheapest.

It's not likely that you got pregnant from s_x right before your period was due. S_x a couple of weeks earlier, mid-cycle, is more likely to blame. A late period, weird cramps, headaches and discharge are enough to make one think of pregnancy. How about stuffy nose, vivid dreams, low backache, b___bs and nips different, unusually emotional, hot flashes, more frequent peeing, smells and appet_te changes? Take a pregnancy test and start the new pill pack if it is negative. Repeat a week later just to double check. GL!

I did have a bit of a stuffy nose once over the weekend,
yes!!! vivid dreams! I had to sleep in the same bed as my gma and she said i woke her up screaming in my sleep lol . Ive also had very weird dreams since then o.o
And ive always had backaches so, that wouldnt be a helpful sign.
nope, b___bs are the same as far as i can tell, but i dont really pay much attention to them tho :p
And i cry over anything. :/
I did have hot flashes o.O just like my 60 yr old gma!
and yess i believe i do pee more then i used to.
and no appet_te changes, i always eat alot. :p
Alright.Im goingt to try to get a pack of 3 tests as soon as i can but it might be over a week before i can get any :/
