Is It Possible PLEASE HELP

I had unprotected s_x, but took the pill Plan B the following day and experienced basically my period which lasted a week and a half, only it was about 2 weeks early. It has now been a month since then, and my period has never been regular (I have recently gone three months without a peirod before), but I'm still freaking out that maybe something went wrong and I really could be pregnant. Is that possible?

Also, he didn't c_m inside me, but I know you can get pregnant from pre-c_m. I guess what I'm wondering is whether or not it's possible I could be pregnant, even after bleeding for a week after taking Plan B. Honestly I know it sounds stupid but I can't shake the feeling that it's possible.
