Here minimum wage is $7.25. I got hired in at Walmart at $6.40. When i got hired minimum wage was 5 something. It changed Jan. 1st 2007. After the wage increase i went up to $8.30. I made about $800 a month working part time. Walmart doesnt hire in full time bcuz they dont want to have to offer full benefits. A single person could maybe barely get by, but there is no way a family could live off that. Ryan makes $21.00 an hour and he brings home over $800 a week when not racing. We definately prefer racing more, lol. Thats usually $5000 a weekend.

Firstly, angel CHILL. I read that post and she was talking about in america you would not be making that much in america dollars. Maybe 7$, i know when i first started working in meijer and mcdonalds i made min wage, although when i worked it was 6$ and i didn't survive on my own. It was a good thing i still lived with my parents. Here it is DEF MORE EXPENSIVE. I've lived in botha reas and here it def costs more over in the U.k But then again, its kinda balanced out because you also make more over here. Well, for certain feilds but you make more over here because of the exchange rate etc. there are tons of reasons. But honestly, chill angel....It soundsl ike to me that you really dont feel confident about your job otherwise when any reference of money and your job come up..you wouldn't flip out.

I'm calm, Your flipping out again when someone mentions your job. Its natural for humans who aren't confident in what they do , to act....I dont exactly know how to explain, like...Defend themselfs, or speak irrationally without asking questinos to confirm...ETC. Hope that makes sense, its like 2 am. And its great that you like what you do, im not saying you dont. But she didn't mean you were lyin, and This is my first chance i've been able to respond...i know it was america dollars, But you still seemed upset, and i was just trying to reasure you that she wasn't trying to imply anything about your job.
