Okay so.... I'm 16 me and my boyfriend have been together for a while. Me and him are s_xually active. We had s_x about five times in two days he ejaculated in me 3 times out of the five. I was expecting a period already so I had all the normal signs of my period and today I started my period which brings me to the question that I am going to ask. Even though I start my period can I still concieve after my period? I don't really have a good understanding on how long sperm can live without fertilization I just need to know if it is possible to start my period then when ovulation comes the sperm be fertilized. please answer as best as you can very very soon because I can't be checking this all day long I'm going insane over here.

No. Ovulation occurs 14 days before your period is due. Sperm can only live up to five days.

Just out of curiosity,if you don't want to get pregnant why don't you use birth control,or better yet not have s_x at all?If you are going to be s_xually active you need to understand how the reproductive system works, there are some good books on the subject,or your gyno will have pamphlets.
