I'm fourteen years old. My boyfriend and I might have had an accident. I'm not sure what the signs are. I need someone's help. I haven't had my period sense last month, and i should have had it by now. Also, I'm not sure how to tell my parents or how to go with him to tell his Mother. Someone please help me. It's needed. And appreciated, greatly. Thank you.

A missed period is usually one of the first signs along with tender/sore b___sts, sometimes nausea and or loss of appet_te. These are probably the most common but everywoman is different and some experience lots of symptoms while others experience very few. Also keep in mind that symptoms alone can't confirm a pregnancy. There could be other reasons other than pregnancy for missing your period, like stress, loss of weight, or the occasional missed period. The first place to start is to take a test, you can buy these at your local grocery store or drug store. Being that you are so young i would be honest with your mom and tell her your period is late and that you are s_xually active with your bf. (If it helps tell a trusted adult, like a teacher or aunt first and have them be there with you when you tell your mom) If the test is postive she will need to make an appt for you to see a doctor, if it's negative she should still make an appt to not only find out why your period is so late but also b/c all s_xually active girls should be seen anually by a ob/gyn and you will need to talk about getting on some more reliable birth control like the pill or depo shot. Good luck to you, i'm sure this will be a very difficult conversation to have but it's something you need to do.
