if i had a period on 9/15-9/21 an i stopped taking my birthcontrol on 9/24 an Iam now having a second period this month an i have been having unprotected s_x could i be pregnant

I doubt it, it sounds more like the side effect of suddenly stopping the pill. It'll throw your cycle off.
