Aww. That's so sweet Ashley. Oh but yeah I know the feeling. It's OK. We'll survive right? ;)

walking helps with BH

Yet again, angel lies claim to something she does not understand.

angelmonkey - October 24

yes ok they dont help i lied lol! if you ask a doctor they will actually tell you to try walking around around or drinking more fluids as they can also happen if your dehydrated but ok im lying lol

Again, using her fingers to spew stupidity. If you had any idea, you would know many women experience worse Braxton Hicks from "walking".

angelmonkey - October 24

yes and if you had realsie most women it goes away!! idiot! i bet you have never even had a kid!

lol we will survive Tess- only a few more weeks left for the both of us haha, PB-haha yur hilarious, to see Tess sitting there singing that into her hair brush would be awsome lol. and it hink im the only loser here who does not have mspace, im a facebook girl ;)

tulStaFAsIhannaH - I have to lay down and try to sleep i cant walk or the pains get worse i do find that they normally dont go away unless i have a bath or just try to relax

i found this on google "If you are walking when you experience Braxton Hicks contractions, try sitting down, and if you are resting, try getting up and walking. The distraction of physical activity sometimes masks Braxton Hicks contractions. Dehydration is considered to be one of the causes of Braxton Hicks contractions, so drinking a gla__s of water may help put your uterus to rest. Breathing techniques, a warm bath or shower, and emptying your bladder are all other things to try."

I pity the child that has to come out of you, Angel. Your complete and utter stupidity can very much amaze me.

baths work wonders on BH's. I would strongly suggest that, but not too hot. Angel, you have never had BH's so how would you know what causes them or what makes them worse.....you haven't yet had the experience. Walking can make them worse. Really baths are mostly what calms it down.

thank you PB- Im about to go have another one now ;) Jon thinks i could live in the tub if only he would get me a laptob and a small fridge (hmm) lol

tulStaFAsIhannaH - October 24

My apologies, google is always correct, google knows everything, google is 100% correct no matter what situation. Yes. Yes.

tulStaFAsIhannaH - October 24

Angel, unless you experience braxton hicks you will have no idea what your useless fingers are spewing.

what i also found out that helped was masaging my tummy.Maybe your man would do that for you. very lightly of course. also a heating pad was very helpful, on low heat.
