Yes, there is a need as it helps in toning pregnant women muscles which might get stress out as she carries fifteen or more pounds of added weight along. The aches and pains of the body get release. One of the main advantages of doing exercise is that it helps in relieving stress and builds stamina for the delivery and the labor. According to one of the American medical college, thirty minutes moderate exercise is recommended.
