I'm 16 years old, & I think I'm pregnant. During the summer I was with a guy for the first time, we had s_x, I had been on the pill for 2 years because I get ovarian cysts. During july I was put on antibiotics & I did not know they could affect my pills. My last 'normal' period was on july 17 or august 19, I'm not sure. I started having symptoms during the end of august. I took 2 home pregnancy tests that came back negative, and the doctors also did one that was also negative. So I let it go believing it was all in my head after I had gotten my period the next month. I did get my period the past few months, but they've been very irregular. These past two-two and a half weeks I've been getting sick out of nowhere. I'll be cleaning or sitting on my bed - and boom, to the toilet. I've lost my appet_te for many foods. I've also gotten almost a size & a half larger in pants, and gained 4or 5 lbs, even tho I excersise and eat well. I don't know if this is a symptom but every few weeks I get bad diaarrhea and sometimes constipation. I've never had gassy problems, but since this summer I've had gas nearly everyday. Slight headaches almost everyday.Pain in my lower abdomen. And these past weeks, very runny nose, pelvic and back ache, I also feel as tho I'm going to cry for no reason out of nowhere. I'm very bloated and sick almost all day. Another thing is a get very light headed and dizzy, is that a symptom? Please, help me. I don't know if its possible for me to be in my second trimester when all of these symptoms r just starting! I haven't had s_x since my last pregnancy scare, so I would be close to 4 or 4 and a half months. I've heard of women taking many tests and them coming back negative, getting their 'periods' each month.. I am very scared.

I don't think you could be 4 1/2 months pregnant without knowing, even though I have a friend whose daughter was in denial about it until 5 months, and delivery room nurses will tell of wheeling patients into delivery saying "I don't know what is wrong with me, but I know I am not pregnant." Far more likely is that a cyst has run amok and is causing the signs of pregnancy you quote. You should get back to the doctor as soon as possible. GL!
