I had intercourse with my gf 2 days after she was done with her period. I did not ejaculate inside her or come close to doing so. About 2 weeks before her period was expected she had some red spotting for about a day. Earlier that day she had been doing heavy excercise(racing). I was wondering if the stress from the racing caused this? Or is it ovulation spotting? Or could it be signs of early pregnancy? Any info would be great!

You can spot during ovulation which would occur approximately 2 weeks before her period so sounds like she was ovulating to me. Hope you used a condom or didn't have s_x around that time *hands you a nanner just in case*

Yes exersise that her body is not use to can cause irregular periods. the same goes for stress as well. Light spotting is generally not a side effect of ovulation, and i may be wrong, but I would asume if she was spotting DURING Ovulation that it would be very abnormal.Generally ovulation occurs 14 days after the start of a girls menstral cycle but everyone is different...I would wait to see if she gets her next exspected period and if she doesnt test when she is a week past when it was exspected....If she has already missed it, or you guys are unsure about if the spotting was a period, you can buy pregnancy test at the dollar store...Follow the direction carefully because they are cheaper test, and may not be as effective if directions arent followed.

Okay well I guess I was wrong about the ovulation...I would listen to grow up because as I said I was unsure about the spotting on ovulation because I have never had that issue

*hands db the I'm with stupid shirt and doesn't even have to force her to put it on* Some women can spot frequently with ovulation, or it could be a once in a lifetime occurance. I believe the reason was sometimes a little bleeding can occur when the egg bursts from the folicle. *sends db to the corner*

Just have her take a pregnancy test. You can still get pregnant on prec_m. USE PROTECTION.
