i didnt start my period last month and i wasnt really worried bout that cuz my period is not going like it should be anyway.. i went to the doc for that to.. i took 3 test n went to the doc n to one of them but it still said im not pregnant but im still have all the sings and everything but the test says im not.. wat does that mean??

It means you're not pregnant. What symptoms are you having? A delay in period could be from a bunch of things, and pregnancy symptoms happen to be the same symptoms that mean your period might be coming or your hormones are just increasing---it's God's little game with us. Especially if you got a blood test it's very accurate, what did the doctor say about your delayed period? Want to know something weird? A friend of my mom's was trying to conceive and having some trouble with it, she got so frustrated that she actually convinced herself that she was pregnant, so much so that her period stopped, she had morning sickness, food cravings, etc, and her uterus even expanded. Not that that has anything to do with anything at all, but I thought it was a pretty interesting story.

You can get signs of pregnancy and an upset cycle from ovarian cysts. I guess you could call the doc and ask if she considered that possibility when examining you. Good luck!

if her cysts were big enough to mess with her cycle, wouldn't she have some pain a__sociated with it too? she probably has pcos. (and no you don't have to actually have cysts on your ovaries. i was diagnosed with that and have 0 cysts on my ovaries)
