Need Help Unsure And Worried S

i have been with my boyfriend for three years and we recently had s_x a week ago on the 10th march and i have been really illregualar with my period i created and ovarian cyst becuase of the BC i was on. so i went off it. my period in feb. was light and there was no tissue sorry TMI but it worried me and it was alot of just blood no tissue:S and now i am unsure if i am prego or not, i have had sore nipples for almost a week now and they were really sore the one morning but now they are just sore when i lighty pinch or press on them. i haven't had anyother signs of pregnancy i have been reading up on it and i don't seem to have any of those. i am worried that if i am , becuase we don't want kids right now neither of us are ready for it. my period was suppose to come on the 9th :S i'm more than a week late but there had been alot of stress with in my life as well i know this can lead to a late period. But that doesn't explain the sore nipples please any answers will help

sorry it was s_x on the 4th :S and i was to expect my period on the 9th and we didn't use a condom for the first little bit until we realized it.

Try not to worry, as it is too early to find out yet, and you are right, stress can delay your period. Wait at least a week (better if two) and then take a pregnancy test. If you take one too early it could give you a negative reading when it should be positive. If it is negative, I would take another one in a couple of weeks just to be sure. If you period doesn't come within a few weeks, I would see you doctor. Good luck!
