Docto soph, are you really a doctor and if so can you please help me.. i posted on here before about a month ago... thinking i was prego.. for the past 3 now goin on 4.. when my period is due it comes late.. then when i get it its not normal at all... it only lasts like a day.. its real light bleading then it stops then the nest day or the day after it comes again as the same.. i have had alot of prego sympthoms.. last month i took 2 at home tests. both the cheap kind.....the first came out negative but in a way it looked like the postive wanted to show up.. i was told it will do that if i dont have enuff thc or whatever it is called.... then i took another one.. cheap one and it came up negative.. so i just said well i will wait till next month and see whats goin on. now this past month. i have had all the same sympthoms as the past 2.. and it feels like my tummy is gettin harder... Now im a big girl.. im not tiny at all.. so i was woundering how i could tell for sure.cause my tummy is gettin bigger but harder.. and more round... and well i dont have insurance.. so if i go to the doc i want to make sure i really am.. cause i can not affored a bill.. and im really scared... so any advice you have would be helpful... thank you!

Hey. I had my period to come exactly a week late. Then 4 weeks later It came. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Then I had s_x on my birthday and when my period came, it was really really light. I took a test in November and it was positive. Then I had, what I think, was a period that lasted 2 days. I am having the spotting/period the exact same time I would if I were not pregnant. I took 3 pregnancy test. The all come back positive. The bleeding scares me. Is my baby ok? I am also having all the symptoms of pregnancy, sore b___st, nausia, fatigue. Am I ok?? I am so scared.

I have been having some signs of pregnacy, so I took a test yesterday, and it came back positive but the line was light. Yeah you'll have your period but it will be lighter than usual and you'll have spotting

I didn't read every single one of these but to the main question on having a period while pregnant. Yes it can happen. My mom had her period for the first 3 months of her pregnancy with my little sister. and if you have gotten a positive test and are having some bleeding and are worried about it then go to the dr. and have him check you out to make sure the baby is fine. only your dr. can tell you that.

As a matter of fact, you can. When I was pregnant with my son I had my period for the first 3 months. Hence, I did not find out that I was pregnant until I was 3 and 1/2 months along. My hubby thought that was darned funny, the b___b. In any case, had to have an ultrasound to find out how long I had been pregnant and the ob I had said that was not unheard of. So it must be possible, or the 4 year old running around my house is from santa!! ;) Blessings to you!

every time that i lay down and go to sleep my stomach starts to hurt its not only when i lay down its all the time i have been eating alot and my stomach is getting big. could i possibly be pregnant?

Well sweetheart, I had 2 regular periods and i was 2 months pregnant with my Son, I had 1 period with my daughter and i was 6 weeks pregnant, I missed a period with my third and i was 7 weeks when i found out. But truly i believe it`s all within your own body, everyone is different.

yes you are really pregant cause you can get your period while you are pregant.

yeas you can get your period up to the first four or five months. but it will be irregular. you might just spot a little bit it won't be a full b__wn period.

I DON'T THINK YOU CAN HAVE A PERIOD DURING THIS TIME. THE FIRST MONTH IS ALL I THINK YOU'LL GET IT.
