tell your dr about your s_xual experience...lol that just sounded funny. you would be surprised how much they take what you say in account when it isnt your first baby< as for the not checking you til you are 35 weeks, yea it is somthing that dr ore doing now here it is usually 36 weeks, and the reason being is they dont want the liability if you leave there and go into labnor after they do a exam, because somtimes it can stimulate contractions, or if they arent careful when they do the exam they can accidentally strip some membrains and even stretch your cervix......lol when i hit 36 weeks with Zaiden I had already been at 1cm since 26 weeks (they checked me when i had a uti in triage at 26 weeks cause i was having some contractions) so as soon as i was 36 weeks i was going to my dr once a weeks to have my membrains stripped and everytime was so painful cause she would try to stretch my cervix for me as well.......I would tell her before she would do it "no matter how bad i cry just keep going cause I am going to have a v____al delivery this time!!!!" well it worked i went into labor 4 days before my schedualed c sec but i still had a c section after 12 hours of labor in the hospital and then there is the part where i broke the rules and labored at home for about 8 hours with my water broke.......lol we even had s_x after my water broke. In my defense i wasnt sure that it had broke. I woke up got out of bed felt a gush, and was liek woohoo! after about 2 hours of nothing else I was like ahh man it must have been some of the nasty things that preggo women pa__s, so i woke up dh and said i was disapointed cause i thought my water broke and it didnt so i made him get up at 7am on a weekend to have s_x to try to stimulate things.......yea my dr wasnt happy about that and it cause a handful of drama at the hospital

haha, yeah with Dominik my dr did exams every time i had an appointment but it makes sense for them to not want to just incase, when i was having the cramping and spotting they didnt wanna check but i wanted to know if i was dilating or not, but with the BH im having he prolly wont do an internal just incase he sets them to real contractions but i will def tell him it feels different, im soo scared to have a c section :S

lol congrats and yeah definitely ask for an internal.That's how I found out I was dilating and that and had it confirmed (found out at ER even though I KNEW lol) but yeah, maybeee we'll be having our babies around the same time!

tess- that would be nice, but i want her to stay in till full term but iof she comes she comes, im just trying to take it easy lol

Of course but if I am 38 weeks that makes you 37 and you'd be full term :P but anyways, moving sounds really great. It must be hard on you guys but seems good!

its really hard its such a weird time to move, i was hoping to have already found something but mehh we finally have, I called my dr todya and he said that if i make it to 38 weeks and im still this yucky and uncomfy he will induce me=) lol so i guess we will seee

Ashley, does your OB/hospital consider full term to be 37 or 38 weeks? Mine goes with 38. Thats as far as they wanted me to get to before inducing me. I want to have a normal non-induced delivery so babd this time! And i need to go to 40 weeks since we'll be so far away from home when im 38-39 weeks! We moved a bunch of stuff yesterday. We used Ryans car hauler so all our belonging fit in one trip. We just have the essentials here. By Saturday we'll be completely moved. Yay! Well except for the race shop because the concrete hasnt been poured yet.

here full term is 38 weeks lol so that would mean 7 more weeks before i could ask him to get her out of me or 9 weeks until he would just induce me anyway :D haha good luck with the move, im tryoing to take it easy but its hard im so use to being able to do things and now i cant:( plus my BH have gpotten really bad, and the worst part is they are in my back :( so the kill i spend every moment Dokminik is down during the day in the bath or shower, then when he goes to bed i dont wanna move, so hopefully they stop soon

At my hospital it was 38 weeks... But most won't stop contractions at 36 or 37.

full term is 37weeks here to jeesh i dont want to go the whole 40weeks or even 42! ugh they say most with there first go a week od i think 85% or something but amanda you wer,t late were you? ahh that gives me hope lol

If I go at 37 weeks I'd be fine with it (that's how far I was with Addy so..)

Depends on what due date you believe. If it was May 30th I was 40 weeks and 1 day, if it was June 20th I was 37 weeks and 3 days. But yeah I think it's more common to be overdue your first time.

It is more common to go overdue but man I was deffo early. Depending on what due date you use I was anywhere between 4-2 weeks early.
