I wouldn't sweat it too much. A baby's skin is already going through so many changes and some don't handle certain things well. My son had it (and of course if they look like pimples, never pop them or try to pick them) and after a while they looked like a weird rash, and I noticed more bumps popping up all over his body. I tried different things keepign in mind that his skin could be reacting to getting too dry or too much moisture. Then the doctor said the spot that was staying on his face was eczema, she gave me some cream to put on it daily and it still wasn't going away. Finally I figured out that his skin wasn't reacting well to bathing everyday. It was drying it out. So now I only give him a bath every 2-3 days. After that I really haven't had a problem. But Heidi really is at that age where it is normal-if it happens as she gets like a year old then you know it's something with her skin.
