Well, I had my appointment earlier today, still barely dilated with no sign of labor. The doc agreed that if I'm not in labor by Sunday then Sunday evening I go to the hospital at 5 pm to be admitted and get my iv started. Then, they will start me on cervadil (sp?) until Monday morning to help get the cervix ready, Then, Monday morning they will start me on pitocin to kick start the contractions and that I could expect to have the baby sometime Monday evening into MOnday night. So there's a recap of my day. I'm a little disappointed that Brynley is not the one starting the labor, but I've already been out of work for 3 weeks. My leave won't last forever, you know? Anyway, good luck to all you other ladies. I'm sure I'll check back in before Sunday, but if not, I'll post my birth story as soon as I feel up to it.

Where is everyone?! This board gets less and less active as the days go by. I know most of us aren't working anymore. I guess babies must be consuming most everyones time. Ok, I'm going to start a new board cause this one is too long already!

Hello ladies...I took dd shopping for school today so was gone all day !!! BELLY.....sounds like same thing...towards the end we lose alot more mucus.....which is our plug. Not everyone loses it in a chunk. Our cervix starts to thin and our plugs come out...so we get 'wet' panties. Fun huh !!! You may also notice a smell to it...also normal !!! ANA...this is my 3rd baby, and i delivered all naturally...so I have experience int his are...haha. My first I was induced and my water broke on its own..it was a trickle followed by an immediate gush , my second I went into labor on my own at 38 wks, my water broke at home and it was more of a CONSTANT trickle that would not stop then it was a wetness. And I just lost my plug with this one on Wednesday, it was a wetness all day and lots of extra mucus, plus the blood tinged stringy mucus !! This happened with my second 2 wks before I delivered. So it could still be a week or more ladies !!! HOPE....I am glad they will induce you soon. No more waiting !!!!!! Congrats and good luck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As for me ladies....I am having the worst BH...they suck !!! But my dr is out of town this week...so I am praying to NOT go into labor this week !!!
