Try using a humidifyer in your room at night. Also, try putting a little bit of Vaseline on your little finger and rubbing it into the walls of your nose. Sounds gross, I know, and it doesn't smell great, or feel too terribly pleasant. But it works. Hope this helps!

Saline nasal spray works great for me. I have electric heat at my house, so it's dry here all the time. Being pregnant has made it worse, but the spray makes a world of difference for me.

i use a humidifier and nasal spray (saline only) every night. it helps but i am still so stuffy and miserable! i feel you. just another joy of pregnancy. i live in a cold climate so the heat this time of year doesnt help. we went away to the caribbean and my nose cleared up and felt great. but as soon as we got back it was up to its old "stuff" again....no pun....haha really though, nasal spray helps. good luck.
