Large Gestational Age Baby

I'm 37w4d and found out 2-3 weeks ago that our baby then weighed 4500 grams which was roughly 10lbs...and was expected to get even bigger for the next 4 weeks. Docs didn't want to take her early so she could fully develop. I've gained 52 lbs in pregnancy, but look like it's all baby, but even early in the pregnancy was "ahead of schedule" and larger than expected...so I'm not sure why this wasn't a concern to anyone sooner. But, being tall, I've carried it well...I also ate healthy the majority of the pregnancy, so it made no sense wehre this 52 lbs came from. But, here we are, 2.5 weeks away and I'm somewhat irritated with teh drs for not catching gest diab (the first screening was slightly elevated but the 3 hour came back negative--yet, I have a pituitary tumor and I wonder if its effects ont he growth hormone could have caused this)...and mostly concerned not for MY wellbeing and our need for a c-section, but for the baby's health. Does anyone know what kind of health concerns my baby could face in being large? It breaks my heart to think that she could have a rough start because of me somehow. Could this cause extra stress on her heart, pancreas, bones, etc? No one talks about that, just the fact that the mommy has to have a c-section, and while I'm not thrilled about that either, I'm more worried about her...any thoughts/comments/recommendations?

Oh, and the cx is scheduled 4/12 if she doesn't come sooner.
