Has anyone been told that they have rectus diastasis? I went to the dr today because I was having a lot of pain on my lower right side of my abdomen. He told me it was probably rectus diastasis which is where the muscles seperate. He said to take it easy over the weekend and it should go away. I am almost 30 weeks. Will I have this problem the rest of my pregnancy?
